DIRECTIONS TO SOUTH MOUNTAIN PEAKS

From Asheville, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. Points West and North West:
Get to I-40 East and follow to exit #86 (Hwy 226 South at Marion)
At the end of the off ramp turn left onto Hwy 226 south.
Follow 17.6 miles until the flashing Yellow light (Gas station on right)
Turn right at blinking yellow light (at the Gas Station) onto Bostic Sunshine Rd (The sign is missing) go approx 2.7 miles.
Turn right onto Luckadoo Mountain Road. Go 1.5 miles.
Turn right into South Mountain Peaks. Our sales office is the 2nd cabin on the left, just past the entrance gate. Look for the sales office sign on the deck railing. Joe will meet you there.
From Charlotte NC:
Take I-85 South out of Charlotte to exit 10-B (the Kings Mountain exit) just past Gastonia.
Merge onto 74 West from 85 (Toward Shelby)
Follow Hwy 74 west past Shelby to exit 182 (South Broadway Street) in Forest City.
At the end of the off ramp, turn left onto South Broadway Street.
Follow South Broadway Street until it dead ends onto East Main Street. (approx 1.2 miles)
Turn right onto East Main Street and follow about 1.5 miles to a convenient store on your left, (Sun Belt)
Turn left at the convenient store onto Bostic Sunshine Rd. (the street sign is on the right) Go approx 11.3 miles.
Turn left onto Luckadoo Mountain Road. Go 1.5 miles.
Turn right into South Mountain Peaks. Our sales office is the 2nd cabin on the left, just past the entrance gate. Look for the sales office sign on the deck railing. Joe will meet you there.

From West Cost Florida, Sarasota, Tampa, I-75:
Get to I-75 and go north to Atlanta. Get on I-85 north and follow to I-26 west.
Take I-26 west to North Carolina and get off on exit 67 (Columbus/Tryon)
Take Hwy 74 east approx 20 miles to exit 182 (South Broadway Street at Forest City)
At the end of the off ramp, turn left onto South Broadway Street.
Follow South Broadway Street until it dead ends onto East Main St. (approx 1.5 miles)
Turn right on East Main Street. (It turns into 74 B) follow approximately 1.5 miles to a convenient store on your left, (Sun Belt)
Turn left at the convenient store onto Bostic Sunshine Rd. (the street sign is on the right) Go approx 11.3 miles.
Turn left onto Luckadoo Mountain Road. Go 1.5 miles.

From Florida I-95, Jacksonville, Orlando, Miami and points South East:
Get to I-95 north into S.C. Take I-26 west to North Carolina and get off on exit 67 Columbus/Tryon. Take Hwy 74 east approx 20 miles to exit 182 (South Broadway Street at Forest City)
At the end of the off ramp, turn left onto South Broadway Street.
Follow South Broadway Street until it dead ends onto East Main St. (approx 1.5 miles)
Turn right on East Main Street. (It turns into 74 B) follow approximately 1.5 miles to ao convenience store on your left, (Sun Belt)
Turn left at the convenience store onto Bostic Sunshine Rd. (the street sign is on the right) and go approx 11.3 miles.
Turn left onto Luckadoo Mountain Road. Go approx 1.5 miles.

From Raleigh, Hickory, Statesville and points East & North East, I-40:
Get to I-40 and follow I-40 East to exit 103 in Morganton.
At the end of the off ramp, turn left on Hwy 64 West, follow approximately 13 miles. (Look for the Hwy 226 South sign) Turn right then take a quick left onto Hwy 226 South.
Go approximately 5 miles and turn right at the blinking yellow light (Phillips 66 Gas Station) onto Bostic Sunshine Rd (The sign is missing) and go approx 2.7 miles.
Turn right onto Luckadoo Mountain Road. Go 1.5 miles.
Turn right into South Mountain Peaks. Our sales office is the 2nd cabin on the left, just past the entrance gate. Look for the sales office sign on the deck railing. Joe will meet you there
From Lake Lure:
Take Hwy 64/74-A east to Rutherfordton.
At the first stop light (Freeman Gas will be on the right) Turn right following 74-A
Go to the first stop light (Phillips 66 Gas Station will be on the right)
Turn left and follow curve to the right onto Whiteside road.
Follow Whiteside road 10.3 miles until is ends.
Turn left onto Bostic/Sunshine road and follow 2.7 miles.
Turn left onto Luckadoo Mountain Road. Go 1.5 miles.
Turn right into South Mountain Peaks. Our sales office is the 2nd cabin on the left, just past the entrance gate. Look for the sales office sign on the deck railing. Joe will meet you there.
From Hendersonville, NC:
Get on to I-26 going east
Follow to exit # 67, stay to the left side on the off ramp and merge onto Hwy 74 east (to Forest City)
Take Hwy 74 east approx 20 miles to exit 182 (South Broadway Street at Forest City)

From Comfort Inn (In Forest City):
Turn left on Oak St. Follow until it ends at South Broadway Street. Turn left on to South Broadway Street and follow two stop lights until it dead ends onto East Main St.
Turn right on East Main Street (It turns into 74 B) approximately 1.5 miles to a convenience store on your left, (Sun Belt)
Turn left between the convenient stores onto Bostic Sunshine Rd. (the street sign is on the right)
Go approx 11.3 miles.
Turn left onto Luckadoo Mountain Road. Go approx 1.5 miles.

From The Holiday Inn Express, the Jameson Inn or Wal-Mart and Lowes (In Forest City):
Turn right onto 74A.Go to Oak Street at the large 4-way intersection and turn left onto Oak Street.
Follow until it ends at South Broadway Street. Turn left on to South Broadway Street and follow two stop lights until it dead ends onto East Main St.
Turn right on East Main Street (It turns into 74 B) approximately 1.5 miles to a convenience store on your left, (Sun Belt)
Turn left at the convenience store onto Bostic Sunshine Rd. (the street sign is on the right)
Go approx 11.3 miles.
Turn left onto Luckadoo Mountain Road. Go approx 1.5 miles.
Turn right into South Mountain Peaks. Our sales office is the 2nd cabin on the left, just past the entrance gate. Look for the sales office sign on the deck railing. Joewill meet you there.
Directions to Broad River Highlands
From Florida I-95: Take I-95 north into S.C. and follow I-26 west to
I-85 north. Get off exit 92 Gaffney/Boiling Springs. Go left at the end of the ramp on Rt. 11 west. Go to 2nd traffic light (approx ¼ mile) and turn right on Wilcox Ave. Go ½ mile to stop sign and turn left onto Rt. 150 north to Boiling Springs. 10.8 miles to Hardees on the left.
From Florida I-75: Take I-75 north to I-85 north and follow same directions as above from exit 92.
From Charlotte: Take I-85 south to exit 92 Gaffney/Boiling Springs.
Go right at the light and take your first right on Wilcox Ave. Go ½ mile to stop sign and turn left onto Rt. 150 north to Boiling Springs. 10.8 miles to Hardees on the left.
From Wilmington/Fayetteville: Follow Rt 74 west into Shelby. Look for the sign that reads Rt 226 north. Staying on Rt 74 west travel ¼ mile past that junction of Rt 226 and turn left on Old Boiling Springs Rd. Go to the end of that road (approx 4 miles) and at the stop sign turn right on College Ave. (Rt 150 west) 2 miles to traffic light and turn left staying on Rt 150 west. ½ mile to Hardees on the right.
From I-40 east of Asheville: Exit 86 and follow Rt 226 south approx 35 miles to Rt 74. Turn right on 74 west and travel ¼ mile and turn left on
Old Boiling Springs Rd. ( See sign for Gardner Webb University) Go to the end of that road (approx 4 miles) and at the stop sign turn right on College Ave. (Rt 150 west) 2 miles to traffic light and turn left staying on Rt 150 west. ½ mile to Hardees on the right.
From I-40 Asheville and West: I-26 south to the exit for Rt 74 east (Forest City& Rutherfordton). Take Rt 74 east into Mooresboro and about 1 ½ miles outside of town turn right on McBrayer Homestead Rd. Follow that road into Boiling Springs (approx 3 miles) and just past Gardner Webb University is Hardees on the right.
From I-40 Morganton and East: Exit 103 and turn left on 64 west. 13 miles to Rt 226 south. Travel Rt 226 south approx 25 miles to Rt 74. Turn right on 74 west and travel ¼ mile and turn left on
Old Boiling Springs Rd. (See signs for Gardner Webb University) Go to the end of that road (approx 4 miles) and at the stop sign turn right on College Ave. (Rt 150 west) 2 miles to traffic light and turn left staying on Rt 150 west. ½ mile to Hardees on the right.
