            The Cabins:  We sell two-level 1200 to 2700 sq. ft. log cabin shells that the buyer can finish any way and any time they choose.  We supply a list of local builders that you may use or    you can bring in your own.  Cabins finish out into beautiful two-bedroom two-bathroom homes.             The Land:  Our tracts range from 1 to 10 acres.  We build two-lane paved roads throughout our mountain.  We also supply utilities along our road system.  Every parcel has wide private road frontage.  Beautiful mature woods, seclusion, and breathtaking mountain views are what building sites on Grandview Peaks have to offer.  Come see for yourself!

            Recreation:  County parks & recreation dept. (tel. 652-3001) provides seven ball fields, two swimming pools, two basketball courts, five tennis courts and several youth/adult leagues.  Private recreation includes three water slides/swimming pools, putt-putt golf, bowling, and cinema.
